Q. Are your images protected by copyright.
A. Yes. All images on this site are owned by the named artist.
]I have each artists permission to reproduce their work and send direct to you from The Stripy Art Shack.
Permission must be sought in advance for the reproduction, copying or any other use of any images by the named artist.
Their contact details can be found on the LINKS page.
Any persons discovered to be reproducing, copying or using images by any of the artists on this site without prior permission by Suzanne will be informed that the relevant artist is the copyright owner and asked to immediately cease any infringing activity. If a satisfactory response and / or compliance is not forthcoming promptly, they will instruct their solicitors to pursue the matter and where necessary, to commence legal proceedings.

Q. Does the image cover the whole of the size of the print.
A. All prints are come with acid free soft white textured mount.
so the actual size you order includes a 4.5 cm white mount and backing board.
and is the size of frame you need.
Simply pop in the print and mount into the same size frame. Job done!

Limited edition prints will include title of print, edition size and artists signature
on a SEPARATE enclosed certificate of authenticity.

There will be no text written on the front of the print. (except for prints by Suzanne Whitmarsh)

The paper for ART PRINTS is a thick soft textured professional quality fine art printing paper.

Q. Will the prints fade in time
A. No, they are all lightfast for up to 80 years.

Q. What does limited edition mean.
A. If the print states it is limited edition, there will only ever be a limited number printed.
Once the edition size has been met, the image will be removed and no longer available to buy from here or anywhere else.
Although the front of the print is unsigned. It will come complete with a certificate of authenticity, signed and numbered, by the artist.

Q. How accurate are the colours.
A. Please be aware that the colours you see on your monitor may different slightly from the actual colours of the print.
I work closely with the artists to bring you a print that is as close to the original as possible.

Q. Do you sell prints in frames.
A. No. Due to the risk of the frame getting damaged, I do not send frames in the post.
However, they are printed to fit a standard metric size frame, which can be found easily online, in high st stores.
Or for a quality framing job, take to your local framers where they can advise on mounts and frames.

Q. How long will it take to process my order
A. I aim to complete your order within 1 to 2 working days and post via 2nd class Royal Mail.
(Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays)

Q. Can I return a print or painting if I change my mind.
A. Yes you can! Please contact me within 7 days and return within 14 days in new condition and in original packaging.
Tracking number required.
PLEASE NOTE: Postage costs will not be refunded but full payment for item will be refunded as soon as item has been received.
Return postage costs may be more than original postage costs.

Q. Do you charge extra to post outside the U.K.
A, In most cases, yes. Please contact me before you pay for your order so I can quote delivery cost to Europe and the rest of the world.
